Return Policy
This policy covers only customers who ordered products from Barakah Express. A customer may raise a return request to the brand or seller for products he buys from Barakah Express within 24 hours of delivery. A valid request to return a product:
I. Deliver a damaged product.
II. Deliver the wrong product.
III. Deliver a defective product.
IV. Deliver the products with missing parts.
Essentials of a valid return:
I. Evidence of purchase such as order number, invoice, etc.
II. The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
III. The product must be unused and unwashed.
IV. Fashion products may be tried to see if the item fits.
V. For electronic appliances & mobile phone-related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under the seller’s warranty or brand warranty.
Note: Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications.
Refund Policy
Fshop tries its best to serve user’s products but if under any circumstances, our seller or brand fails to fulfill our commitment or to provide, or replace the product then a refund will be applicable. Refund requests will be processed under the mentioned situation:
I. Refund from canceled orders: In case any order is canceled due to product unavailability if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order
II. Refund from returns: Purchased products from our shop must be returned.
III. Refund Time: Payment will generally be refunded within 10 working days.
